PSA
was set up by a small group of
prostate cancer patients in
1995 and has developed into a
national association of
self-help and support groups,
based mainly in the South East
of England.
PSA
is
a registered charity.
The objects of
PSA, set out
in the
PSA
Constitution, are:

To relieve the physical or
mental distress or poverty
of persons with prostate
cancer
-
To provide education and
information about prostate
cancer to persons who may
be affected
-
To contribute to the
provision of treatment and
care of those affected by
prostate cancer
The
Trustees who are responsible
for
PSA
are elected at the Annual
General Meeting, to which all
members are invited. The
Trustees elected for 2009
